after sending 30+ complaints into SAIX I received their standard response

Good day

Please inform your user online1137215@dsl512us.telkomsa.net that Spam will not be tolerated
otherwise SAIX will be forced to take stricter action against this user.

Telkom Internet is requested to reply to this complaint by sending a message
informing munge@gmail.com and c.c. abuse@saix.net as to the action
that will / has been taken to rectify this situation, and has taken the necessary
action to ensure that this kind of abuse does not occur again.

This kind of abuse is against SAIX Acceptable Use Policy
