According to one of its moderators, over 40 new accounts were registered with in order to (dishonestly) vote that a PhishTank incident report was "Not A Phish". PhishTank quickly reconsidered that outcome and has verified that the incident is a phish. The incident report is at

The first voter and the last two voters listed in the report are legitimate, as is the submitter. The site, reportedly hosting the phishing scam, did not respond when I tried to visit it just now. All of the voters who registered on or about 4-August-2011 seem to vote en masse to clear certain phishing scams that spoof eBay.

The same sockpuppets have voted in a more recent incident:

Spoofing, but hosted in Brazil. I added my rating as well.

My Firefox refuses to load it, and gives a phish warning
My Chrome loads it then pops up a warning and has an option to load the fake login phish anyway
My Internet Explorer refuses to load it and warns - This website has been reported as unsafe
