phishing using mobile carrier

Postby efa » Sun Dec 26, 2010 5:47 am

hi,
I'm receiving phishing email, using a new insidious technique:
They link to a fake mobile carrier web site, asking for personal data, and credit card number of course, to recharge personal SIM or to Chistmas gift a recharge to someother.
An example is this one:
hxxp://www.ppttpptt.com/WindShop_file/WindShop.htm
fake of this one:
hxxp://www.wind.it/it/privati/index.phtml

I have taken the liberty of sharing efa's "catch" with phishtank.com, so anyone who is interested in examining the scam in the wild may wish to do so quickly, before it is removed. Much of it appears to be fairly easy to inspect.
