This is the message I've been getting for some time from various Russian spammers (or the same one hiding behind constantly changing e-mails), so I thought I'd translate it for your reading amusement. The translation is done through Google Translate and corrected with the help of whatever is left of my high school Russian, so it may not be perfect but you get an idea:
